EFT or Tapping
Have you ever heard of EFT? Or just tapping as it's commonly called?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. While it may be new to you, it is definitely not new to many people. EFT has been around for a very long time and is finally gaining more and more attention - as it should!
EFT consists of tapping on meridian points or energy points in your body (comparable to the idea of acupuncture and acupressure) to help release stuck energy or emotions that are causing disruptions in your body.

I had heard of EFT a few times and knew that it had to do with tapping on special points, but that was the extent of my knowledge. Until one night when I found myself all alone at home and in the middle of a full blown panic attack. If you have ever suffered from one you know exactly how scary they can be. I felt the heat start to rise out of my body. I started to shake, cry and swore my heart would explode from my chest. I tried to talk myself through it like usual, but this time it wasn't working. Which of course, made it all worse.
Fortunately, I knew it was a panic attack so I hopped on good 'ol google and did a quick search for ways to relieve it. Up popped an ad about EFT. Remembering I had heard about EFT working for anxiety, I followed the link. What could it hurt?
By watching the video and going through the steps shown to me, in 2 minutes I was experiencing some relief. WHAT? Oh yeah. I repeated the steps as suggested and another 2 minutes later the panic attack had completely subsided. Seriously! Even I was in shock. Actually, I was in such disbelief that I purposely thought about the situation that started the panic attack in the first place and got absolutely no response from my body AT ALL.
After that I started to read up more on EFT and all thousands of people who have seen amazing results with this and I have become a firm believer.
Moms, please, do yourself a favor and look this up. Talk about easy on the budget - it costs nothing! It takes minutes to do and you can do it yourself. You can do it for your children. You will be amazed.
great activities for the whole family
