green peppers, 1 lb of ground beef, 1 cup rice, 2 T ketchup, 1 small can of corn
Cut the peppers in half and remove the
insides. Brown the beef and drain.
Add cooked rice, ketchup and corn to the beef.
Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon
the beef mixture into the peppers halves. Cook
at 350* for 25 minutes. Can add
shredded cheese to the top and bake for another 15 minutes.
