You can fill your baskets with Easter grass, tissue paper, raffia paper, "fake" snow, use artificial leafy vines and wind around items in the basket, have individual artificial leaves and place them around the items, use flowers instead of leaves.  You can tie a bow (or buy one) to the top of your basket or attach balloons to the basket for extra decoration.  Baskets can also be totally enclosed in shrink wrap.  You can also use cellophane to wrap up your baskets and keep everything inside.
