Need: 2 eggs, 2/3 cup water, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 2 T oil, 3 T sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat the eggs and then add the rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth. Lightly spray pan then put on medium heat. Pour enough of the batter into the pan to just coat the bottom - you don't need much, they should be thin! Heat for 1 minutes. Use a rubber spatula to loosen around the edges. Fill with cool whip, pudding, fruit, yogurt etc.
